Have you said to yourself “I need to get more exercise” only to find yourself going to the gym or for a run a few times then falling back into your old routine? Starting and sticking with an exercise routine is difficult, especially when you try to squeeze it into your already busy life.
What if you could work activities , like walking and biking, into your everyday life, so that exercise becomes part of your daily routine and not extra time out of your day.
The Centers for Disease Control has found that 30—40 minutes of activity 3-4 times a week has significant health benefits. At P&C Cycling we want to help you live an active lifestyle. We can help you find parts of your daily routine where walking and/or biking can replace car trips, giving you the opportunity to get the regular exercise the CDC recommends.
We will work with you to review your daily routine, identify opportunities to add walking or biking, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or walking or biking to meetings outside your office, and develop a plan to get your moving. As you get started, we will provide coaching and encouragement, so that you get off on the right foot and build the habits that will have you living an active life.
